Oral cancer

Oral cancer refers to cancer that develops in the tissues of the mouth or throat. It includes cancers of the lips, tongue, cheeks, floor of the mouth, hard and soft palates, sinuses, and the throat (pharynx). Oral cancer is part of a broader group of cancers known as head and neck cancers. Oral cancer has a high survival rate when detected early, but it can be aggressive if diagnosed at a later stage. Regular screenings and awareness of the risk factors are crucial for prevention and early intervention
